My direct Fortune 500 client is looking for someone to join the Content Management team to contribute to developing and maintaining the digital product strategy for content updates to web and mobile apps (iOS, Android). This is a 12 – month contract + extension. The team is located in Glendale, CA, and the role is on-site 2 days/week and 3 days remote.
Content Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Transform strategic objectives into actionable user stories, business requirements, and test cases.
- Manage the feature backlog, participate in agile ceremonies, and resolve roadblocks to drive product development.
- Work closely with design, content, and technology teams to align development with strategic goals.
- Present compelling strategies to executives and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to go-to-market planning and post-launch performance monitoring, including A/B testing and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Maintain the uptime and stability of digital products, including configuration and on-call support.
Content Project Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years in online industries (web, mobile) and business/agency/digital roles
- Proven experience in marketing, brand strategy, technology, or digital strategy.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and content management systems (e.g., CMS updates, troubleshooting, page creation).
- Knowledge of tools for go-to-market, data configuration, and service integration.
- Preferred experience with iOS/Android release processes.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-quality results on time.
- Comfortable working with bi-coastal and international teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to inform decisions and develop project plans.
